About Jennie ML Ossentjuk
Jennie’s interest in travel photography started over a decade ago when she met her husband Eric while on vacation in Spain and they began to travel the world together.
Jennie's work was most recently on display as part of the Monmouth County Arts Festival in Tinton Falls, NJ and other recently showings include the “Beyond the Horizon” exhibit at the Brotherhood Winery in Washingtonville, NY; and the Orange County Art Federation’s 48th annual juried show at Yellowbird Gallery in Newburgh, NY where her work titled “Blue Dog and Door” received 2nd place. Jennie has also shown her work at the 'Illuminations' exhibit at the CenterArts gallery, Newburgh, NY, at the Seligmann Studio in Sugar Loaf, at Salone Bianco in New Windsor, NY; and at the Lycian Center in Sugar Loaf, New York where her photograph entitled “HOLY COWs” took 2nd place in the Photo Division of the Orange County Art Federation’s 47th annual juried event. She is a member of the Hudson Highlands Photo Workshop (www.hhpw.org).
Jennie is currently preparing for a showing of her “Children of Indochina” collection and photo-journal book that accompanies it, describing the life of the Southeast Asian people, especially the children, in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
